A mysterious new Asian cuisine concept by local restaurateur Viyarath Vongprachanh will soon debut, according to recent public records.

Moon Wok Kitchen & Lounge is the newest creation of Mr. Vongprachanh, who local readers may recognize as the owner of Twenty-Pho Hour, a budding Vietnamese fast-casual brand that places diners in a vivid 2D sketchbook ambiance. The spot is set to debut at 11701 Intl Drive.

As the name suggests, local diners can confidently expect stirfried goods whipped up under Mr. Vongprachanh’s direction. No social media exists to further illuminate the project and its menu.

The official opening date has not been announced.
