Fat Boy’s Pizza, known for its massive 30-inch pies and family-friendly atmosphere, is expanding its presence in the Houston market after the success of its Richmond location, which just opened four months ago. It will be found at 23330 Grand Cir Blvd, Katy, TX 77449. With plans for a third location in Bellaire, Fat Boy’s Pizza is capitalizing on the thriving Houston market and its enthusiastic response to their offerings.

George Malek, Director of Operations-Texas, expressed confidence in the expansion efforts, stating, “We believed the Houston market would do exceptionally well for us.” The decision to bring Fat Boy’s Pizza to Houston was further reinforced by the state’s saying, “Everything is bigger in Texas,” making their 30-inch pizzas a natural fit.

Fat Boy’s Pizza prides itself on using the finest ingredients to create their mouthwatering pizzas. Every pie is made from scratch, from the dough to the pizza sauce, using the highest quality cheese and tomatoes. This commitment to quality ensures that customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience with each visit.

The new Katy location will feature the brand’s signature patio space. Additionally, the restaurant will include an enclosed arcade, ensuring an entertaining experience for guests of all ages. Patrons can also enjoy the company’s famous New Orleans daiquiris from the full bar while watching curated programming on one of the multiple televisions.

The brand has plans to establish upwards of 10 locations before considering expansion into other markets, such as Dallas-Fort Worth, North Texas, Austin, as well as San Antonio.

Additions to the current building for the Katy location, according to the permit on file with the city pulled by What Now Houston, are estimated to cost $1.2 million bringing a total of 3850 square feet upon completion, which is set for October 2023.
