The business behind Jax White Mule, a “low-key American diner” in Napa, is brewing up something new in Fairfield.

According to a recent license application, Jax-Diner LLC plans to begin manufacturing beer at 1052 Horizon Drive B in Fairfield — a semi-industrial space that Heretic Brewery and Distillery has already made its home.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Jax-Diner LLC’s owner, James Leamer, but he could not provide further information before the time of publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Jax White Mule, the eatery specializes in brunch and dinner. Best known for its beignets — french style pastries served with a house caramel sauce — other notable brunch items include biscuits & gravy, carnitas hash, and chicken & waffles.

Stay tuned for additional updates. In the meantime, follow Jax White Mule on Facebook and Instagram
