Denver Beer Company will soon have a new spot in Littleton at 2409 W Main St. Documents outlining plans for the concept are currently under review by the city, records show.

Project architect Justin Fosbenner recently submitted amendments to the concept plan. Those documents state that the business will “include a restaurant, taproom and beer garden. The beer garden will be located in the current parking lot on the premises.” Records also show there are plans to renovate the kitchen and to move the existing interior bar to be alongside the facade of the building near the street.

The building in which Denver Beer Co. will be housed was formerly Jackass Hill Brewery. It’s part of the Historic Downtown Littleton, and records show that it is 2,812 square feet. It has an occupancy limit of 150 patrons outside and 70 patrons inside.

Denver Beer Company was started by Patrick Crawford and Charlie Berger. They hope to open the doors to this newest spot in September.
