According to recent public records, a new hotel is soon opening up in town with an original new concept. Set for 4500 Epic Blvd in Orlando, Cosmos Cafe & Market will soon open within the upcoming Universal Stella Nova Resort.

Cosmos Cafe and Market will be a three-meal, quick-service restaurant, offering American classics like burgers, paninis, fried chicken, and pastas.
