According to recent public records, a new independent restaurant is coming to Lake Mary. Miyaji Sushi & Hibachi will be found at 4265 W Lake Mary Blvd.
What Now Orlando briefly reached owner Wen Zheng who informs that there is very little information to share at this point.
“We are far away from opening,” Mr. Zheng says. “We have only started permitting.”
So when will the establishment open?
“I think it will be sometime in summer 2025,” says Mr. Zheng.
