Cookie Co. is making its delectable mark at 19792 Hwy 105 W, Montgomery, TX 77356. Who do you have to thank for this treat? Franchise Co-Owner Kimberly Pipich.
Pipich and her husband didn’t dive into Cookie Co. on a whim. She told What Now Houston, “We chose it for the business plan, and the product is unlike any other.” Coming from a realty background, she also knows the area well and foresees this venture being a great fit.
The quality is unmatched only ever using real ingredients. “It’s like having your mom’s chocolate chip cookie,” Pipich said. Menu offerings are to-the-point and will delight any sweet tooth, but the company encourages each store to bring its own flair and authenticity. Pipich spoke of working on bringing those changes for the surrounding community.
Speaking of community, Cookie Co’s ethos reflects all things local, which coincides with Pipich’s determination to create something great and meaningful for those in Montgomery where her and her family already reside and are involved. The plan is to open five locations within five years, bringing more gourmet cookies to more residents of the area, and spreading the brand’s reach that much further compared to its origination on the west coast.
The wait isn’t too far off for Store No. 28 in the Cookie Co. lineup as the Grand Opening is set for October 14, 2023.
