A new java bar is coming to Enchanté A European Salon, a high-quality parlor located at 2631 S. College Ave. City permits show the business owner is seeking approval to bring Turkish Coffee Co. to his business.

Records state that “the businesses will operate separately and will have separate entrances. There will be some demolition and reconstruction of internal walls. New signage is proposed.”

The salon is a popular choice in the area, just minutes from the busy Colorado State University campus. Owner and hairstylist Murat Tercan opened its doors in 2008. The concept’s hours are Mondays by appointment, Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This new coffee venture will be a nod to Tercan’s Turkish roots; he was born there and started his career in Istanbul. Business records show he filed the entity TURKISH CAFE CO LLC with the state in late April.
