Before expanding into the San Diego International Airport, Le Parfait Paris is preparing to open several new locations within San Diego County.
Previously, What Now San Diego reported on the ten-year-old company, led by Guillaume and Ludivine Ryon, opening a new location within San Diego’s reimagined Terminal 1, opening sometime next year via High Flying Foods. Now, it appears the company has much bigger plans before the end of the year and will open one new location per month for the rest of the year, according to San Diego Magazine. The first will come to Westfield UTC, replacing Häagen-Dazs on October 15.
Next month, the company will stay in the area and open an eighth location in La Jolla Village, moving into the former home of Beard Papa’s at 7874 Girard Avenue, scheduled to open on November 15. Finally, the last new upcoming location is a bit more complicated than a straightforward brick-and-mortar. Le Parfait Paris recently shifted its production process by relocating its production facility in Mission Gorge to the former Meals on Wheels space between Old Town and Mission Hills. The team swiftly moved into the new 10,000-square-foot San Diego Avenue location and is operating there as of October 1.
The third and final location opening this year will be a new bakery store attached to the new baking headquarters at 2254 San Diego Avenue, Suite 200. The new location is expected to open around December 15, allowing the public to see where the team produces its products. After all this, Le Parfait Paris will open another location in Terminal 1, likely in the first or second quarter of the year. All locations will offer the same delicious French savoir-faire as the other locations in San Diego.
