After launching location #27 at 758 S Boulder Highway, Las Vegas’s favorite fast-casual Mexican restaurant is now preparing to open, slightly out of order, location #26. Don Tortaco will open at 8995 S Fort Apache Road, according to the restaurant’s website.
“Don Tortaco is a fast-food Mexican Restaurant chain offering quick, affordable, and authentic recipes in a casual walk in atmosphere,” the site says. “Don Tortaco Mexican Grill is set up more like a traditional Mexican Taqueria, with an order counter, and salsa bar allowing the opportunity to serve Dine-In & Take-Out orders keeping the prices fair and providing high quality, low-cost product.”
The menu is packed with burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, and more, offering protein choices like Beef, Chicken, Carnitas, Carne Asada, Adobada, and Lingua. A selection of Combination Plates allows you to choose several of your favorite items together with beans and rice.
The new location is situated on Fort Apache just south of the Blue Diamond Road intersection, next to West Serene Avenue.
