According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept, Next Level Board Game Cafe, is opening in Mountain View.

Coming to 888 Villa Street, Suite 100, the eatery and entertainment venue will neighbor establishments such as Chez TJ, Doppio Zero, and Steins Beer Garden & Restaurant.

While the business is already open for game playing, Co-owner Rebecca Wang tells What Now San Francisco, “We are currently working on building a kitchen so we can serve food and drinks and will have a Grand Opening with additional hours once this is complete.”

Plans for the menu are not confirmed, however.

On the business website, owners Wang and Sean Forman describe themselves as “board game enthusiasts with a passion for combining our favorite hobby with high-quality food and delicious drinks.”

If this sounds relatable, follow the upcoming concept on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
