In an exhilarating development for Texan food enthusiasts, Dripped Birria has announced a colossal expansion plan for 2024 that includes the opening of new branches at 6633 Spring Stuebner Rd, Spring, TX 77389, and 9821 Broadway St #103, Pearland, TX 77584. Co-Founder Hadi Ismail confirmed the news, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards dominating the local culinary landscape. With the construction in Spring already underway and Pearland not far behind, Dripped Birria is on a fast track to becoming a staple in the Houston Metro area.

Founded in 2022 by Ismail and his best friend, Ali Nasser, owner of Nasser Holdings, Dripped Birria has evolved from a modest operation with three food trucks to a burgeoning empire with its first brick-and-mortar location opened in 2023. The brand’s explosive growth is fueled by a dedicated fanbase of its innovative approach to traditional Mexican birria, who have been clamoring for more convenient locations. Responding to this demand, Dripped Birria has embarked on an this grand gesture with four more additional locations across the region as well—all without any outside investment. This bootstrapped journey from food trucks to fixed locations showcases the brand’s commitment to authentic growth and community engagement.

The upcoming expansions include anticipated openings on Bagby Street in March 2024, South Loop & Main Street in April 2024, and a notable tri-brand location off of 99 & I-10 in Katy, set to open in May 2024. This particular site will house Dripped Birria, alongside BunSlut and Main Bird, under the Nasser Holdings umbrella, signaling an innovative approach to dining experiences in the area. Durham Drive is also on the horizon, with an opening slated for late summer 2024, further solidifying Dripped Birria’s footprint in the Texan food scene.

The Spring Stuebner Road location is approximated to open around May 2024, and Broadway Street unit is looking to follow shortly after in June 2024.
