It appears as though a North Texas bakery specializing in 100% gluten-free menu items will add a new location in Richardson. Leasing intel obtained by What Now Dallas puts the new Unrefined Bakery at 1301 W Campbell Rd. in Richardson. There’s no word on when it might open to the public.
Unrefined Bakery is owned by mother-and-daughter duo Anne Hoyt and Taylor Nicholson. According to the Unrefined Bakery website, they have food allergies and worked to develop recipes “without Gluten and without Junk, in a way that would be incredibly healthier,” as well as tasty.
Unrefined Bakery uses free-range eggs and ingredients that are organic and non-GMO. The bakery also offers options that are nut-free, tapioca-free, grain-free, sugar-free, yeast-free, and Paleo.
Menu items include breads, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, and other treats. Pie options include Keto Pecan Pie, the Paleo Dark Chocolate Silk Pie, and others. You can also order custom cakes. Several sandwich options featuring Unrefined Bakery’s gluten-free and organic homemade breads, spreads, organic meats, cheeses, and produce are available to pick up or enjoy in-store.
Unrefined Bakery currently operates several locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including in Dallas, Frisco, and Fort Worth. The shops offer in-store pickup, local delivery, and shipping.
