Fresh Dining Concepts LLC, the company, renowned for its dynamic portfolio of franchise operations, has announced the remodeling and dual-branding of a previously exclusive Jamba location at 2810 Business Center Dr Suite 138, Pearland, TX 77584. This strategic move will see the introduction of Auntie Anne’s, famous for its hand-rolled soft pretzels, into the mix, creating a unique dining combo that promises to cater to a wide array of taste preferences.
Luis San Miguel, President and CEO of Fresh Dining Concepts LLC, shared that Fresh Dining Concepts operates over 200 Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, and Jamba locations, standing as the largest Auntie Anne’s franchisee in the country. The firm was honored as the Multi-Brand Franchisee of the Year for 2023 by Go To Foods, the brand owner for all three franchises, marking a significant recognition of its innovative multi-brand strategy.
The Pearland project is part of a broader initiative by Fresh Dining Concepts to diversify its presence beyond mall locations, embracing street-side stores and drive-thrus. “Our first Auntie Anne’s/Jamba drive thru opened in Minneapolis earlier this year,” Miguel added. With plans to open another five drive-thrus within the year and remodel several more existing locations to incorporate dual branding, Fresh Dining Concepts is on a fast track to redefining the quick-service restaurant industry.
The anticipated completion and opening of the Pearland store in May 2024 marks a significant milestone in Fresh Dining Concepts’ expansion strategy. It underscores the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
