The Dhanani Group, under the leadership of CEO and Founder Shoukat Dhanani, is set to revamp three Burger King locations in Texas. According to permits on file, the locations at 3549 Hwy 6, Sugar Land; 12401 W Airport Blvd, Sugar Land; and 1401 TX-332 Space A, Clute, are all scheduled for significant renovations. These upgrades are part of a broader effort to enhance the customer experience and modernize the restaurant interiors and exteriors.

The first location at 3549 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, will undergo a transformation starting in October 2024. With an estimated cost of $550,000, the 3,276-square-foot space will see an exterior material upgrade and repainting, along with a new interior layout. Minor structural updates will be made without adding any additional square footage. The project is expected to be completed by January 2025, offering a refreshed look and feel for Burger King patrons in Sugar Land.

Similarly, the Burger King at 12401 W Airport Blvd, Sugar Land, is slated for a facelift starting in October 2024. This 3,160-square-foot location will also receive an exterior material upgrade and repainting, complemented by a new interior layout. Unlike the Hwy 6 location, this renovation will not involve any structural updates. The estimated cost for this project is also $550,000, with a projected completion date in January 2025.

The third location at 1401 TX-332 Space A, Clute, will kick off its renovations a month earlier, in September 2024. Covering a total area of 3,373 square feet, the Clute Burger King will undergo similar exterior upgrades and a new interior layout, with no structural changes or additional square footage. The renovation, estimated at $550,000, is scheduled to be completed by December 2024.

These renovations reflect the Dhanani Group’s commitment to maintaining high standards and providing an enhanced dining experience for Burger King customers. As Shoukat Dhanani continues to lead the group with a vision for growth and innovation, these updates are a testament to their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Burger King enthusiasts in Sugar Land and Clute can look forward to enjoying their favorite meals in a fresh and modernized setting by early 2025.
