Five Guys, the renowned burger joint, is making its way to Conroe with a new location at 10463 TX-242 Building B., according to Eugene Hooff, Vice President at The Houston Guys, LLC.
Classified as a renovation and alteration project in a permit on file, it will see significant tenant improvements within the existing single-story building. Covering 2,450 square feet, the new Five Guys location will maintain the existing parking arrangements, ensuring convenience for patrons.
As the transformation begins in August, locals can anticipate the tantalizing aroma of Five Guys’ signature offerings wafting through the air by soon. With the addition of this new location, Five Guys continues to solidify its presence in Texas, promising a delectable blend of fresh ingredients and exceptional service that fans have come to love.
The project, with an estimated cost of $750,000, is slated to begin in August 2024. It’s expected to reach completion by October 2024, offering Conroe residents a new spot to indulge in the brand’s famous hand-crafted burgers and fresh-cut fries.
