The Financial District’s Amador Club — found at 550 Montgomery Street, near establishments such as Heartwood SF, R&G Lounge, and Wayfare Tavern — plans to debut a new members-only bar and lounge called The Bank at Amador, according to SF Eater.

On the menu will be “seasonal oysters served with accouterments such as pineapple, Fresno chile mignonette, and caviar; escargot bathed in herbed garlic butter; beef carpaccio with arugula, shallots, and Parmesan aioli; and spicy yellowtail served with crispy rice” — and a caviar cart will be on call in the dining room.

To drink, patrons can expect a cocktail menu that’s “hyper-seasonal and rooted in technique” — including options such as the It’s Always Sunny in Dolores, made with cachaça, tequila, génépy, kiwi cordial, key lime, clarified pineapple, and egg whites.

The Bank at Amador is slated to open this summer. Stay tuned for updates.
