Innovative Dining Group’s restaurant concept BOA Steakhouse is coming to Palo Alto, according to SF Eater — however, an address and anticipated opening date have not yet been announced.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the eatery, BOA Steakhouse focuses on “every detail of a guest’s visit, down to [the] Wine Spectator award-winning wine selection and craft cocktails by in-house mixologists,” according to the brand’s website.
The menu ranges from dry-aged New York strip and A5 Japanese Wagyu steaks to seafood options such as salmon, lobster tail, sea scallops, and oysters on the half shell — as well as features savory sides including Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Mac N Cheese.
BOA Steakhouse, which has several locations in operation in California, is part of the Innovative Dining Group portfolio. IDG has formed various restaurant concepts since 1997 including Sushi Roku, with a location planned for Austin, Pacific Grill, and Robata Bar, among others.
The IDG mission “is to craft elevated dining experiences anchored in innovative cuisine, impeccable style, seductive ambiance, and first-class service,” according to the website.
