According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, The Yard is planning to debut a new location in Brentwood.

Coming to 200 Oak Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as Cap’s Oak Street Bar & Grill, Dinos Sandwich Shop, and La Costa Taqueria.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Anthony Roost — who is also the restaurateur behind local eateries Attraversiamo and Vine+Grain — to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, Contra Costa News describes the concept as a casual restaurant “for the community to get together after a long workday, before the local football game, concert in the park or during the farmer’s market.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
