Chef Antonio Bachour, the culinary mind behind concepts like Coral GablesBachour and the Miami Design District’s Tablé, is preparing to launch his next new project in Miami: Masse by Bachour, at the Aventura Mall.

“In the Boulangerie, time is of the essence,” says the Aventura Mall website. “Masse by Bachour journeys back to its roots with sourdough, crafting authentic artisanal bread and the finest French pastries, where respect for the craft and the art of making are savored in every bite. Guided by master pastry chef Antonio Bachour (World Best Pastry Chef 2018/2022; Esquire Best Pastry Chef 2019), Masse by Bachour extends a warm welcome, offering the very best. Because for greatness, time is always essential!”

Opening at the Aventura Mall, Masse by Bachour will join a prestigious food and drink lineup that includes restaurants like Gaby by Call Me Gaby, Motek, and Serafina Miami. Masse one of several new concepts preparing to launch at the mall, including Eataly, Yann Couvreur, Norimoto, and Blanca de Mexico.

“Chef Antonio Bachour, who operates Bachour restaurants in Miami as well as Mexico has achieved international fame as an innovative and creative pastry talent,” says the chef’s website. “With his latest project Table’, a new French-influenced dining destination in Miami’s Design District, he takes his skills to the next level, parlaying his ongoing culinary education into an elegant brasserie-style menu that reflects his passion, growth and personal style.”
