Founded in 2023, South Florida-born ramen brand Zuru Ramen Bar has been growing since the beginning. After quickly expanding to a total of three locations—Plantation, Miramar, and Boca Raton—the brand now has its sights set on North Miami Beach for a fourth outpost.

Marked “Coming Soon” on the Zuru Ramen website, the North Miami Beach restaurant’s location has yet to be revealed.

Zuru Ramen Bar’s streamlined menu features ramen varieties like Mazesoba (brothless dry ramen soba lightly dressed in a tonkotsu reduction; served with chashu, crispy shallot, fried garlic, onsen egg, menma, burdock, bean sprout, and scallion) the popular Tonkotsu ramen, along with donburi bowls and appetizers that include Karaage, Bao Buns, and Gyoza.

Even more growth is still on the way. As What Now reported this summer, Zuru Ramen has plans to expand into the Orlando and Tampa Bay markets, as well continuing to develop in South Florida.

“Our restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s an immersive journey to the vibrant streets of Japan,” says the Zuru Ramen Bar website. “But what truly makes us special is our friendly staff, committed to ensuring every visit is a delightful and memorable experience. Join us for a unique taste adventure at Zuru Ramen Bar, where every bite tells a story.”
