SSP America Is Debuting a New Concept in San Jose

According to a recently submitted permit application, SSP America plans to debut a new concept at the San Jose Airport

Coming to Terminal B, Gate 19, Bad Egg Breakfast Bar will join existing tenants such as Runway Deli, Sushi Boat, and Tap & Pour.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Tim Clark, the Regional Vice President of Operations at SSP America, to inquire about the upcoming eatery, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with “food travel experts” SSP America, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “Since 2006, SSP America has been telling restaurant stories across the Americas. Our job is to tell that uniquely local and authentic story through a region’s food and restaurants.”

The statement continues, “We’ve carved out a unique niche as the go-to gurus renowned for bringing a ‘taste of place’ to airports. With operations in the U.S., Canada, Bermuda, and Brazil, we call ourselves ‘the food travel experts,’ and we’ve got a passion for restaurant stories.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
