“We are at the very beginning of our journey,” Maldonado shared via text. Though in its early stages, the excitement surrounding Fiesta Brava Mexican Grill is already building. The restaurant aims to deliver an authentic and flavorful dining experience, reflecting Maldonado’s passion for Mexican cuisine and his commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for the community.
The Aldine Mail Route area, a bustling part of Houston, is poised to benefit from this new addition to its culinary scene. With the space being renovated and altered to fit the needs of the restaurant, Maldonado hopes to create a destination that blends tradition with a modern touch.
As construction begins, locals can look forward to updates on the progress and what the menu will offer. The project, permitted at an estimated cost of $60,000, is slated to begin in December 2024 and reach completion by May 2025.
