According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery is coming to Three Sixty Residencies — a “22-storey, 82.18 m residential skyscraper in downtown San Jose.”
At 389 S 1st Street, the building is located near businesses such as Academia Coffee, Guilhouse, and The Studio Climbing and is already home to the dining concept Aura Kitchen + Bar.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the dining concept’s owner, Angel Vo, to inquire about their plans for the establishment, but they could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing states that the name of the eatery will be 389 Square.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Three Sixty Residencies, the development is owned by Essex, “a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, develops, redevelops, and manages multifamily apartment communities located in supply-constrained markets,” according to its website.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
