Momofuku, the renowned restaurant group founded by David Chang, is set to open a new 200-seat restaurant named Super Peach at Westfield Century City in spring 2025, reports Eater LA. The restaurant will take over the former St. Marc Pub-Cafe space.

Super Peach will offer a more casual dining experience compared to Chinatown’s Majordomo, channeling the lively atmosphere of Momofuku’s Noodle Bar in New York’s East Village, with an anticipated per-person cost of $50 to $60.

The name Super Peach continues the Momofuku branding, inspired by instant ramen creator Momofuku Ando. Momofuku translates to “lucky peach” in Japanese.
