Sunset District’s favorite Won-Ton House has been closed for quite some time and word on the street is that the restaurant is about to undergo some major changes. According to a DPH referral filed with the city of San Francisco, a new venture called Noodle Stop is gearing up to take its place at 1325 Noriega St.
Loyal Won-Ton House customers will be pleased to learn that their treasured Cantonese joint is not going away completely. Noodle Stop confirmed they will be keeping some of Won-Ton House’s original recipes, in addition to major upgrades to the menu.
Noodle Stop is currently in the very early phases of planning, so representatives for the new restaurant have declined to divulge further information. But one thing is for sure: locals have something very tasty to look forward to in 2022.
