A new restaurant called Sistory Thai Kitchen is joining the roster in the Albany-North Berkeley neighborhood, according to a recent zoning permit found in city public records. Sistory Thai Kitchen will be moving into the former Sabuy Sabuy II at 1233 San Pablo Ave

Owner Mickey Jumpangam was excited to confirm the plans for Sistory with What Now San Francisco, but added that much of the business is still in its planning stages. That being said, they anticipate an opening date to happen in January 2022

Based on the restaurant name, it’s obvious that Sistory will serve up some delicious Thai cuisine, much like its predecessor. Jumpangam says that the menu is still being developed, meanwhile they will work on getting a beer and wine license with the State of California.

Additionally, a website and social media pages are being worked on at the moment. So for now, all we can do is keep an eye on this address for further developments.
