Recent real estate intel reveals that a restaurant called NOLA Daiquiris is a planned tenant in Republic Square at Livermore. It’s likely that this is the same restaurant from Houston, Texas, which is known for serving up New Orleans-style gumbo and frozen daiquiris

If the rumors are true, the Bay Area is in for a real treat. NOLA Daiquiris serves piping hot gumbo by the bowl, fresh crawfish by the pound, and even NOLA-style nachos. But the real star of their menu is most likely their frozen daiquiris, which come in flavors like piña colada, hurricane, long island, and more.

Representatives for Republic Square have confirmed with What Now San Francisco that NOLA Daiquiris is still moving in, but could not give a timeline for opening. NOLA Daiquiris has been contacted but hasn’t yet returned requests for comment at the time of publication.
