With around a dozen stores dispersed throughout the Bay Area, including a recently opened location in Foster City, it’s no surprise that Crumbl Cookies continues to plot even more locations. The next lucky city to gain those warm, giant cookies is Mountain View, where the chain will take over a former dry cleaners at 660 San Antonio Road

Crumbl Cookies was represented by Ron E. Cruz and Sean O’Carroll of Newmark, who closed on a 1,534-square foot retail space back in late June. Barring any delays with construction and permitting, this new Crumbl Cookies is expected to open around October of this year. The franchisees could not be reached for comment at press time.

The iconic pink boxes have taken the nation by storm and are usually filled with Crumbl’s signature Chocolate Chip or Pink Frosted Sugar Cookies, plus a weekly rotation of new and creative flavors. It all started in 2017, when cousins Jason McGowan (CEO) and Sawyer Hemsley (COO) set out to create the “perfect cookie.”

Opening their first store in Logan, Utah, it was important to them that customers see the cookies being mixed, balled, baked, and dressed right before their eyes. That concept has taken the company across the nation after they began franchising and it seems that America can’t get enough.
