Chef Arnon Oren of Anaviv Open Market and Anaviv’s Table is bringing a fast-casual restaurant to Point San Pablo Harbor  taking over a space that previously belonged to Black Star Pirate BBQ. According to a recent report by Berkleyside, the unnamed eatery’s kitchen is to be headed by Ross Kaplan of the Bocanova team.

A few of the reported menu items include wood-fired pizza, Brazilian seafood stew, bagna càuda, a shrimp po’boy, and a brisket sandwich. A beverage menu should also be anticipated, as the restaurant is already licensed to sell beer and alcohol.

For Bay Area residents who are unfamiliar, Point San Pablo Harbor is a “hidden destination marina” on the north side of Point Richmond. In addition to the upcoming restaurant concept, the Harbor has a public shoreline, a waterfront meadow, and a clubhouse for concerts and events.

Point San Pablo Harbor owners Yaella Frankel and Rob Fyfe tell Berkleyside that readers can look forward to a February opening.
