Stephanie Brown, the owner and Director of Experience at the planning and event company Off the Beaten Path Wine Country, is debuting a restaurant in Fairfield.

According to a recent On-Sale General Eating Place permit application, Nouveaux is headed to 620 Jackson Street — near the restaurant Chiame, Harry’s Sportsman’s Lounge, and Mediterranean Food Center.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Brown — who is listed as a managing member on the filing — but she was unable to provide additional information before the time of publication.

While little more is known about Nouveaux at this time, some insight into Brown’s interests and approach to business can be gathered from her existing venture.

Off the Beaten Path provides an introduction on its website: “Since 2008, Off the Beaten Path has created exceptional and memorable celebrations. We set the scene on exclusive ‘off the beaten path’ locations. Then we create farm-to-table feasts, earth-to-glass signature cocktails, breathtaking florals fresh from the field, and every minute detail crafted to match your vision.”

Nouveaux’s opening date has not yet been announced, so check back in for additional updates.
