Bay Area Restaurateur Chef Nick Ronan plans to debut a new concept in PetalumaBrigitte Bistro, according to a recently submitted permit application.

Coming to 841 Petaluma Boulevard N — taking over a space formerly home to the rustic-chic bistro Wishbone — the eatery will land near establishments such as Boulevard Cafe & Grill, Mi Pueblo, and the Viva Oaxaca grocery store.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Ronan to inquire about the upcoming restaurant, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers unfamiliar with the French-American chef, he founded the well-known SoMa eatery Pawn Shop, as well as Bisou Bistro in the Castro. Most recently, he has worked as a personal chef, offering clients French, Spanish, Italian, and Californian cuisine.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
