According to the San Francisco Business Times, Local Kitchens plans to remodel locations across the Bay Area.

“Over the course of the summer, we’ve invested in remodels in the majority of our locations to bring the atmosphere to life. We’ve always been focused on hospitality, but we sort of doubled down on that, including running food to tables in many of our restaurants,” Local Kitchens CEO Jon Goldsmith tells the publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Local Kitchens, its “micro food hall” model differs from traditional food halls by offering “convenient takeout, delivery, and dine-in from a variety of restaurant brands, available online, in the app, or at a kiosk in-store,” according to a press release.

Local Kitchens currently operates 13 locations across Northern California and the Bay Area.

When construction is slated to begin and finish has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
