According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Oakland’s upcoming food hall Prescott Market will host Fast Times Burgers — a local pop-up known for its grass-fed smash burgers and duck fat fries.

Fast Times Burgers owner Mendra Sahota tells What Now San Francisco that he plans to expand the burger menu at the upcoming spot as well as add sides including onion rings, gnarly fries — the concept’s classic duck fat fries topped with cheddar cheese and grilled onions — and soft-serve milkshakes by Straus Creamery.

For readers who haven’t yet heard about the upcoming food hall, “Prescott Market is taking over a refurbished brick building dating back to 1923, which was originally a manufacturing facility. Oakland design group CAHA worked with San Francisco kitchen builders Cookline to create restaurant spaces between 1,000 to 3,000 square feet,” reports the Journal.

Located at 1620-1640 18th Street, Prescott Market will also host vendors such as HighWire Coffee, Pizzeria Violetta, and Prescott Meats & Delicatessen.

Prescott Market is slated to open in February 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
