According to a recently submitted permit application, the restaurateurs behind Proposition Chicken are gearing up to debut an eatery in San Francisco’s West Portal.

Coming to 16 W Portal Avenue, the yet-to-be-announced concept will land near establishments such as Bursa, Spiazzo, and Submarine Center.

What Now San Francisco reached out to one of the applicants listed on the filing, Ari Feingold, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Proposition Chicken, all of its entrees “are made with all-natural, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken.” On the menu are chicken sandwiches, salads, and wings, and the chicken can be served fried, roasted, or replaced with tofu.

Dedicated to running business responsibly, “all of its “packaging is 100% earth-friendly and 100% compostable or recyclable” and “cooking oil is collected weekly and used to manufacture clean-burning fuel used in city vehicles.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
