Gourmet, melt-in-your-mouth cookies are coming soon to Magnolia. That’s according to a recent project filing that puts a new Half Baked Goodness bakery at 13650 FM 1488, Ste. 300 in Magnolia, possibly sometime this spring.

Half Baked Goodness offers multiple cookie flavors including chocolate peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, sugar cookie, and others. You can also get several flavors in a keto, paleo-friendly option, plus gluten-free and vegan cookies are options.

Need a cookie cake? Half Baked Goodness makes those, too! These desserts are available in-store, by local delivery, or shipped nationwide. Catering is also available for large groups.

Owner Stephanie Ferreira opened Half Baked Goodness after delivering freshly-baked cookies from her home. Half Baked Goodness now has local storefronts in Cypress and in Tomball.

Construction on the nearly 1,350-square-foot bakery in Magnolia could kick off next month, according to the filing. It will be a first-generation buildout to house the bakery.
