Ayodeji Ayemere is leaving his current profession for business ownership with a location of Rosati’s Pizza at 18802 University Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479. The pizzeria will mark the first to serve both beer and wine at its establishment in the area, he told What Now Houston.

Rosati’s, a Chicago-based franchise with over 200 locations in the US, is known for its traditional and unique Italian dishes, pizza, and catering services. Their reputation precedes them with their quality menu that’s been built over five decades.

“It took 4 years to research a good franchise and I finally landed on Rosati’s. They have the best pizza in the US, and that really sold me on them,” Ayemere said.

Ayemere’s plans don’t stop at just one outlet. The new franchise owner has signed contracts for three locations in total. Following the launch of the Sugar Land branch, Ayemere plans to discuss further establishments after an initial six-month period.

To ensure the perfect start to his new career, Ayemere has planned a soft opening.. This approach will enable the team to ensure operations are running smoothly and iron out any kinks before fixing a date for the grand opening.

The soft opening is currently set for August 2023.
