The Alley, a renowned bubble tea franchise, is setting sights on 12230 Westheimer Rd a100 as the next location for expanding the brand. This marks the second franchised location after a successful launch in Katy in 2021 from Franchise Co-Owner Irene Liang and her husband.

Originally a preschool teacher in New York, Irene transitioned from the world of education to help pursue a dream with her husband – introducing the community to The Alley’s exceptional bubble tea.
