The long-awaited arrival of Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade on Hawaii’s Ninth Island will include two locations, one on the northwest corner of Eastern Ave and Serene Ave, and the other in Town Square, at 6587 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Founded in Hawaii, the chain serves a broad range of takes on gourmet lemonade, with flavors like Ginger Pineapple, Blue Hawaii, and Passionfruit Guava. Its nutritious superfood options include smoothie bowls, the Black Lava Flatbread Sandwich, and the Cobb Grain Bowl, along with acai bowls and avocado toasts.
“It’s more of a healthy option for people to have, while still enjoying the taste of our food and beverages,” owner Matt Chu told What Now Las Vegas in an interview on Monday. “That’s the direction the world is heading. We’re keeping everything as fresh and organic as possible while still having all the flavor.”
Chu came to the franchise by way of a close family friend who had bought in and encouraged him to do the same.
“They were talking to us about it, so we checked it out, and we loved everything about it. It’s family friendly, a good relaxing environment,” Chu said.
Guests coming to the Las Vegas locations can expect to find the same menu choices as can be found elsewhere, plus some local touches (although these, Chu said, cannot yet be revealed).
Construction began last week on the Eastern-Serene location, which is expected to open in late April or early May. The Town Square location is almost ready to begin construction, but no opening date has been announced.
