As the flagship brand of Jollibee Foods Corporation, Asia’s largest and fastest-growing restaurant company, Jollibee is making headway in Las Vegas, with two locations currently in operation and a third on the way. Clark County recently issued a building permit for construction of a new Jollibee at 3181 N Rainbow Blvd.

The Jollibee menu features fried chicken (branded as Chickenjoy), and Jolly Spaghetti, along with chicken sandwiches and the Yumburger. These are mix-and-matchable in a variety of combos and family-size buckets (accompanied by tasty Peach Mango Pies), along with other dishes like Palabok Fiesta (traditional Filipino noodle dish covered in garlic sauce, sauteed pork, shrimp, and egg) and Burger Steaks.

The location, situated on the southwest corner of the intersection between N Rainbow Blvd and W Cheyenne Ave, is one of several eateries surrounding that intersection. These include—just across Cheyenne—Olive Garden, Voodoo Wing Company, IHOP, and Plumeria Thai Cafe.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Jollibee for comment on Tuesday. No opening date has been announced for the Rainbow Blvd location.
