As North Las Vegas grows and new eateries continue to pop up along Craig Rd, plans are in place for a new Olive Garden location at the northwest corner of the intersection with Bruce St.

Most famous, perhaps, for its soup, salad, and breadsticks, the Italian restaurant chain offers a capacious menu of pasta and other Italian dishes. The menu opens with appetizers like Calamari and Stuffed Ziti Fritta, moving on to entrees that include pasta dishes like Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico, and Shrimp Scampi. Other, non-pasta-based entrees include Grilled Chicken Margherita and Herb-Grilled Salmon.

For dessert, guests choose from a selection of tasty treats like Tiramisu, Black Tie Mousse Cake, the dramatic Chocolate Brownie Lasagna, and Warm Italian Doughnuts.

The location at Craig and Bruce is part of an eatery-dense stretch of Craig Rd. Between N Bruce St and N Lawrence St are Texas Roadhouse, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Blaze Pizza, SoHo Sushi Burrito, and several other restaurants.
