The cluster of food and drink locations near the intersection of Blue Diamond Rd. and S Decatur Blvd. will soon welcome a new restaurant into their culinary community.
Mongoose Eatery & Bar will open at 5110 Blue Diamond Rd., according to licensing paperwork recently submitted to Clark County. That space is currently occupied by Mountain West Eatery.
What Now confirmed the news with a representative of the upcoming restaurant brand in a phone call on Friday. The representative declined to comment extensively on Mongoose Eatery & Bar, saying the menu is still under development and that the restaurant’s opening is still several months away.
No further information on the brand is available at this time.
The location on Blue Diamond is one of several dining locations along that road, just east of the S Decatur Blvd. intersection. These include the Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Carl’s Jr., Bella Vita, and Tacotarian.
