Desert Inn & Durango Commercial Center, a retail center on the northeast corner of Desert Inn and Durango, looks to be getting a new burger concept. Licensing paperwork was submitted for a “Joy Burgers” project by Meat & Buns LLC, opening at 8560 W Desert Inn Rd.
What Now reached out to a representative of Meat & Buns LLC on Wednesday. That representative was not immediately available for comment.
For the moment, this brand remains a bit of a mystery: Is it the sort of burgers-and-fries joint we’re all familiar with, or something more elaborate? Frankly, either sounds good. For now, though, we’ll have to wait for more information to be made available on Joy Burgers’ menu, branding, and opening date.
Anchored by a Vons grocery store, Desert Inn & Durango Commercial Center is also home to food and drink locations like seafood restaurant The Legends Oyster Bar & Grill, Japanese restaurant Sen of Japan, and Madhouse Coffee.
