The team behind Café Lola and Saint Honoré have been hard at work these last few years, and it shows. Café Lola is gearing up to open its first location on the Strip at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and news broke last month that Saint Honoré will be offering its doughnuts and beignets at UnCommons Las Vegas’s upcoming food hall The Sundry.

It appears, however, that that same team may be preparing to debut another brand new concept. Paperwork was submitted recently by Chicken Babes LLC (compare with Boss Babes LLC, behind Cafe Lola, and Doughnut Babes LLC behind Saint Honoré) for a concept called 3 Little Chicks, in suite 180 at 7885 W Sunset Road.

No information is available yet on the menu, although one might hazard a guess (chicken!). What Now reached out to Alexandra Lourdes, one of the owners behind these concepts, on Tuesday. Lourdes was not available for comment.

The location on West Sunset Road is part of a small plaza that also houses Bee Bouquet, a candle shop; Dolce Diet and Fitness, a gym; and a number of other local businesses.

No word is out yet on when 3 Little Chicks might open.
