West Sahara Promenade, a shopping center located on the southeastern corner of West Sahara Avenue and South Cimarron Road, will soon be home to Cheesetime Italian Fusion. Cheesetime will open at 8125 W Sahara Ave this spring.
“It’s going to be the same Italian dishes like spaghetti and lasagna, but with different sauces and ingredients, with other cultures’ foods,” owner Charlie Li told What Now in a Friday afternoon phone call. “We’ll also have a full bar.”
At West Sahara Promenade, Cheesetime Italian Fusion joins eateries like Marsigliano’s Pizzeria & More, Marie Callender’s, and Krazy Buffet. The location in suite 110, previously occupied by Salud Mexican Bistro and Tequileria, will seat 103.
“We open a lot of Italian restaurants in China,” Li said, adding that his father is a restaurateur known for dishes that feature lots of melted cheese. For the moment, the menu is still under development and further details are not available; but it sounds like Cheesetime will be living up to its name.
Keep an eye out for Cheesetime Italian Fusion opening this spring in the Lakes.
