Located on the southwest corner of Paradise Road and East Harmon Avenue, Paradise retail center Harmon Square appears to be the future home of a new Sbarro location. Paperwork was submitted recently to Clark County by LV Petroleum, LLC showing a new Sbarro opening in Suite #430 at the shopping center’s address, 4501 Paradise Road.

A major local business, LV Petroleum is a multi-concept franchisee. It most recently made news after signing a development deal with chicken and biscuit chain Bojangles that will bring 20 units to Las Vegas.

Sbarro offers a selection of pizzas both whole and by-the-slice in varieties like NY 4-Cheese White, NY Pepperoni, and NY Supremo. In familiar pizzeria fashion, the chain has offered individual-sized stromboli in varieties like Spinach and Pepperoni, Sausage & Bacon. Sbarro’s menus have also featured pasta dishes like Baked Ziti, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and Chicken Parmesan.

Opening at Harmon Square, Sbarro would join eateries like Teriyaki Madness, Roberto’s Taco Shop, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, White Castle, and Dunkin.
