The intersection of South Decatur Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road may soon be home to Las Vegas‘s first Angie’s Lobster. Founded by Roushan and Tony Christofellis, of Salad & Go fame, the growing lobster chain currently has eight locations in its home state of Arizona. And now, permitting paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows an Angie’s Lobster location planned for 4835 Blue Diamond Road.

Like Salad & Go, which has grown explosively in the last few years with its streamlined menu of healthy fast-casual offerings, Angie’s Lobster foregoes interior seating in favor of a drive-thru-only model.

The Angie’s Lobster menu features Lobster Meals like the Warm (or Chilled) Lobster Roll with Butter, the Fried Lobster Sandwich, and the Spicy Honey Fried Lobster Sandwich. Breakfast Meals include sandwiches like the Bacon, Egg & Cheese, the Fried Half Lobster Tail & Egg, and French Toast with Bacon or Sausage.

What Now reached out Wednesday to owner Roushan Christofellis to inquire about plans for a Las Vegas Angie’s Lobster location. Christofellis was not immediately available for comment.
