Located on the southeast corner of South Wynn Road and West Spring Mountain Road, across Wynn from Chinatown Plaza, the Center at Spring Mountain appears to be welcoming a new cafe onto its exciting roster of food and beverage concepts. Licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County by Suzuya Chinatown LLC shows Suzuya Cafe opening at 3500 Wynn Road.

It is unknown whether Suzuya Cafe is connected to Suzuya Patisserie, which is located at 7365 South Buffalo Drive and owned by Chef Misuzu Ebihara. Behind Suzuya Chinatown LLC are Luis De Santos and Freddie Paloma, owners of GYU+ Sandos, Bowls & More.

What Now reached out to De Santos on Tuesday to inquire about plans for Suzuya Cafe. De Santos was not immediately available for comment.

Opening in the Center at Spring Mountain, Suzuya Cafe would join restaurants like Pho Kim Long, Lee’s Sandwiches Las Vegas, The Golden Tiki, and the recently opened Chinatown outpost of Babystacks Cafe. The location at 3500 Wynn Road was previously occupied by Half Bird Chicken & Beer.
