A representative of Pan & Grill was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what Pan & Grill plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Pan & Grill was filed for under Woosam LLC.
Washington Company Search states that Woosam LLC was incorporated on December 20th, 2023. Listed on the permit and business filing is Sangwook Kim.
The permit filed was for a soju service and a spirits, wine, and beer rest lounge permission. Pan and Grill’s permit was filed on July 12th.
For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the address is listed to be a Chuck’s Produce and RE & Biz location. The one-story property was built in 1989 and renovated in 2004.
354 square feet of space faces Mill Plain Boulevard. The building is also stated to boast 57,100 square feet of space. Loop Net states that the property is not being advertised on the website.
