The growing made-to-order, Detroit-style pizza chain VIA 313 will soon be opening a new Kyle location, according to a recent filing with the State of Texas. The upcoming store will be located at 19230 IH-35, near fast-casual eateries such as Schlotzky’s and Starbucks.
Founded by brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt in 2011, VIA 313 has since sought to “make genuine, Detroit-style pizza for our family and friends. We take pride in having studied the best pizza our hometown has to offer. We take special care to use only the finest ingredients. Our pizzas are built right, to the last bite— it’s our guarantee.”
The chain has been recognized by food outlets such as Pizza Today, Food Network, and Food & Wine for its “Built Right” pizza, constructed carefully from scratch. Apart from pizza, the chain offers salads, appetizers, and a light selection of drinks and desserts.
What Now Austin reached out to Cass Tenney, Director of Development at Savory Management, the restaurant group in charge of the location, but she was not immediately available for comment.
Until the new VIA 313 opens its doors, local foodies may visit one of its seven locations in the Austin area.
